You, too, can keep count of every single one of The Simpsons couch gags starting on August 21 -- provided you can stay awake. EW.com reports FXX is set to air all 552 episodes of The Simpsons from August 21 through Labor Day (that's 12 days for those keeping track at home). Fox's long-running animated comedy encompasses 25 seasons, and while the episodes in the current season will not be shown in the FXX marathon, the 552 episodes still encompasses 11.5 days of running time.

The Simpsons holds the record for longest-running American primetime, scripted television series, and will continue its run for a 26th season, as announced in October 2013.

“It’s a pretty small list of what we’ve wanted to do where we’ve been told ‘No,’ and a pretty long list of amazing things we can’t believe we’ve been able to do,” The Simpsons executive producer Al Jean told Spinoff Online in September. “You can go to a Simpsons [theme park] in Universal, Florida. There’s a play on Broadway that we didn’t write, but it’s inspired by an old episode. It’s crazy. It’s really nuts what’s come about because of this show.”
