"X-Men: Apocalypse's" debut is just two months away, and -- in anticipation of the film -- Fox will launch an app based on the franchise.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox developed the app with technology from mobile startup Victorious. The app will refresh every Friday at noon PT with new exclusive content about the film and provide a place for fans to build a community around the franchise.

Additionally, Fox will hold a contest to find the 100 biggest X-Men fans through the app. Fans can enter the contest by uploading a video explaining their mutant powers directly to the app. While the top 100 contestants with in-app followers will win exclusive giveaways, the top five will be invited to an early screening of the film.

"X-Men is one of the most beloved franchises of our time and has some of the world's most passionate fans," said Victorious CEO Sam Rogoway in a statement. "Our expertise in growing engagement within fan communities combined with the diversity of the X-Men movies world will make this app a go-to-destination for superfans. We are thrilled to work with 20th Century Fox to mobilize the X-Men community in new and innovative ways."

Directed by Bryan Singer and starring James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Sophie Turner, Olivia Munn, Oscar Isaac and many, many more, "X-Men: Apocalypse" arrives in theaters May 27, 2016.
