"The Fast and the Furious" director Rob Cohen will helm the disaster movie "Category 5."

According to Variety, the action thriller follows a team of hackers who infiltrate a U.S. Mint facility in a small coastal town to steal $102 million, just as a category 5 hurricane is about to hit. The only other remaining people in the town, a meteorologist and a U.S. Treasury agent, must survive the disaster while stopping the thieves from making their getaway.

Production is targeted for the spring and summer.

Cohen's credits also include "xXx," "The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor" and "Alex Cross."
