Justin Lin, the man behind most of the Fast and Furious films, has his sights set on a new project.

Variety reports Lin has been tapped to direct Times Square, a crime thriller he's producing with Focus Features. The script comes from Taylor Materne and Jake Rubin; it was featured on the 2012 Black List.

Times Square centers on the titular New York City landmark's transformation from rough neighborhood to the tourist attraction of today. The film will focus on a young man, whose loyalties are tested as he's in the middle of a conflict between the ex-cop who swore to protect him and the local crime boss who raised him.
