What once was speculation now appears to be confirmed, as Fandango has published a landing page for a "Star Wars" movie marathon leading up to the release of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." As ComicBook.com points out, the page features a small poster image with all the "Star Wars" film titles listed out in chronological order and a December 17th show date.

Those wanting to jump on tickets ASAP can sign up for email or text updates to be informed as soon as they go on sale. The poster also reads, "All seven films. One epic journey," a journey that will take over 18 hours to complete when considering intermissions between films. It's currently unknown when the marathons will begin, though taking into account recent reports that 7pm on December 17th will be the first showings of "The Force Awakens" and factoring in breaks similar to the "Avengers" movie marathon, ComicBook figures a 3am start time may be in the cards.

Things will likely be clarified on Monday, when a new trailer is expected to air during Monday Night Football, followed by the launch of pre-order tickets. Disney and LucasFilm have yet to confirm any of this, so stay tuned for more.
