Even though "Wytches" is currently on hiatus between arcs, Scott Snyder and Jock aren't letting Halloween week pass by without reminding folks of their creator-owned horror hit. CBR has the exclusive first look at a teaser image promoting the return of "Wytches," with the ominous words, "Pledged is still pledged."

"Ultimately, the arc is about what it's like to let go of your parents, of your past and of your family," Snyder told CBR this past May of the second "Wytches" arc. "For people my age, a lot of that has to do with watching your parents get older and losing them. For readers that are Sailor's age, it speaks to that same feeling of a formative period where you realize you're separate from your parents and you have to let them go. The plot has a lot of horror about Charlie and what happened to him, but it also gets into the mythology a lot."

The last issue of "Wytches," issue #6, was released this past May from Image Comics; wrapping the book's first arc. There's no scheduled release date yet for "Wytches" #7, but since it wasn't in Image's January 2016 solicitations, the scares won't resume any earlier than February of the new year.
