In an exclusive clip from tonight's new episode of "Lucifer," exclusive to CBR, Tom Ellis, playing the lord-of-Hell-turned-criminal-investigator, finds himself utterly bored by the murder mystery he is asked to solve by LAPD homicide cop Chloe Decker (Lauren German).

The episode, titled "Favorite Son," is the sixth in the inaugural season of the Vertigo adaptation, based on characters created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth and Mike Dringenberg, and developed in the "Lucifer" ongoing series by Mike Carey and Peter Gross. The episode description reads:

"Lucifer bails on Chloe when he becomes bored with her investigation into a ruthless biker gang murder. However, when he discovers something was stolen during the crime that was very personal to him, he demands that Chloe let him rejoin the case."

"Lucifer" airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Fox.
