Rom's return to comics is almost here, and IDW Publishing is celebrating that fact with a whole month of variant covers celebrating the Spaceknight. Initially teased last summer, Rom's return will occur in the pages of "Rom Featuring Action Man" #0 -- which hits stores as part of Free Comic Book Day. The character's return in the #0 issue will be handled by Chris Ryall, Christos Gage, David Messina and Paolo Villanelli.

However, Rom fans can get their fix with these two new variant covers for "Micronauts" #4, which IDW has revealed exclusively to CBR. The covers prominently feature Rom in both toy and comic forms. The photo variant depicts classic Rom figures from the '80s, and another variant comes from artist David Williams. You can check out both covers as well as the solicitation info for "Micronauts" #4 below.
