Nearly a decade after Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Hayden Christensen is once again wielding a blade -- albeit this time a much more traditional one. The actor, best known for playing Anakin Skywalker in two of the three Star Wars prequels, stars in Outcast, set in 12th century China. In the film -- a Chinese-French-Canadian co-production -- Christensen and Nicolas Cage both play crusaders, and SPINOFF ONLINE has an exclusive clip of a fast-paced (and fairly violent) action scene focused on Christensen's character, Jacob, getting out of a particularly perilous position.

Directed by Nick Powell, Outcast arrives in select US theaters tomorrow, Feb. 6, along with video on demand outlets. The film was shot in China and originally scheduled to be released in that country back in September, but was pulled hours before its scheduled debut. Outcast subsequently opened in China last month, on Jan. 16.
