Last fall's "Big Hero 6" was both a critical and financial success, with a current worldwide gross of $456 million, and loads of acclaim including a nomination for Best Animated Feature at this year's Academy Awards, taking place February 22.

The most recent release from the vaunted Walt Disney Animation Studios, "Big Hero 6" was based on Marvel characters created by Man of Action's Steven T. Seagle and Duncan Rouleau. The film's headed for a home release next month, but before that, CBR has the exclusive look at a deleted "Big Hero 6" scene -- black-and-white and in early form -- involving the unstable portal central to the plot.

Directed by Don Hall and Chris Williams, "Big Hero 6" is on digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere on Feb. 3, and DVD and Blu-ray on Feb. 24.
