With Archie Horror now an official imprint at Archie Comics, its second title is set to return in April, and "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" will hit the ground running -- and shrieking in fear, hopefully.

After getting off to a hot start in October, "Sabrina" went on an unplanned break while the publisher geared up its horror-fueled imprint, which is made up of "Sabrina," "Afterlife with Archie" and a third, as-yet unnamed series. Now, with the series set to return on April 15, CBR has word from writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa about what the next few chapter hold in store for the young witch.

"Issue #2 is extra-long, partly because we wanted to give our amazing fans a little more bang for their buck, but also because we wanted to reveal the secret-origin of 'Madam Satan,' who is going to be our big-bad these first few issues," Aguirre-Sacasa said in a statement to CBR. " Also, there were some dangling threads left from issue #1, in regards to Sabrina's parents, that we wanted to start addressing in this issue, so we'll be seeing both Edward and Diana Spellman, as Madam Satan goes about settling old scores.

"In Issue 3, which builds to a shocking climax in the woods of Greendale township, Sabrina -- unaware of Madam Satan's machinations -- finds herself on the cusp of turning 16, about to make the greatest decision of her young life: To live as a moral or to live as witch. Both prospects are terrifying, and either choice will cost Sabrina something dear to her heart."
