Despite persistent rumors of an Obi-Wan Kenobi movie, there's been no actual indication it's part of Disney's "Star Wars" plans. And even one is in the works, Ewan McGregor doesn't know anything about it. Really.

The actor, who reprised his prequels role for a voice cameo in "The Force Awakens," has been asked repeatedly about a potential return to the franchise, and has said (repeatedly) that he wouldn't mind donning those Jedi robes again. However, McGregor wants to make one thing clear: He's not actually lobbying for the job.

“If they asked me to, I would be happy to," he tells Collider. "But it looks like I am campaigning for it, just because I get asked about it, all the time. So, I would like it to be known that I don’t bring it up, at these interviews, of my own free will. I only respond to questions I’m asked to. I don’t know anything about it. They’ve never approached me about it.”

Of course, there's still time. After all, the Han Solo movie won't even arrive until 2018. Oh, hey, maybe Obi-Wan can play a role in that one ...
