The first trailer for "Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension" has arrived, giving fans a look at the horrors lurking in the sixth and final installment in the highly popular found-footage horror film series.

The film centers on a family of four that recently moved into a new home in Palo Alto, California, where they find an old camera and box of tapes that allow them to see the ghosts and strange occurrences that begin happening around them, many of which include the younger versions of series protagonists (antagonists?) Katie and Kristi. Filled with the series' signature jump-scare moments and creepy as heck imagery, the trailer promises that every secret will be revealed, so any lingering questions about the mythology that has been set up since the first film and the prequel installment, "Paranormal Activity 3," will likely be answered.

Directed by Gregory Plotkin and starring Katie Featherston, "Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension" arrives in theaters October 23, 2015.
