Last Weekend, Seattle, Washington saw their yearly pop culture extravaganza launch in their town in the form of the 2011 edition of the Emerald City Comicon. CBR was there, covering Emerald City panels and news in a big way. Plus, we had not one, but two photographers on the scene to capture all the action. As CBR has done for more than 10 years, we present our regular convention photo parades, capturing the sights and sounds of comics culture around the country with commentary by CBR Executive Producer Jonah Weiland.

A very dapper and homemade Darth Vader with a very much not dapper Ghostbuster. (EDIT: I'm told that's actually Dark Helmet from "Spaceballs." I like Dapper Darth better.)The best part of this photo is in the full size version -- you'd think Aquaman would carry around his water in a reusable bottle. AQUAMAN FAIL!.
