"Hunger Games" and "Mighty Ducks" alum Elden Henson has been cast as Matt Murdock's longtime friend and law partner Foggy Nelson in Marvel and Netflix's upcoming "Daredevil" series. Reported by Marvel.com, Henson joins series star Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock/Daredevil), Vincent D'Onofrio (Wilson Fisk/Kingpin) and Rosario Dawson.

"Elden plays one of the most important characters in the world of 'Marvel's Daredevil,' and we're thrilled to see Foggy Nelson brought to life by such an incredibly talented actor," Head of Marvel TV Jeph Loeb told Marvel.com. "He perfectly captures the heart and soul of this series, bringing an added resonance to Matt Murdock's fight against the injustice in their great city."

Henson is the latest in a string of announcements for the 13-episode series produced by Steven DeKnight and Drew Goddard. Rosario Dawson was recently cast in a mystery role, while Vincent D'Onofrio was announced as the Kingpin earlier in June. The series is expected to premiere on Netflix in 2015.
