The teaser begins with Donald relaxing in a boat deck chair. Before he can get too comfortable, however, a horn sounds off in the background and his nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie spring into action. From there Donald is taken through different adventures with the cast that are sure to play out once the series airs: piloting a plane with Launchpad McQuack, falling out of the sky from said plane, discovering underwater treasures, shivering on a frozen terrain, in a jungle hanging upside down, suffering heat exhaustion in the desert, surrounded by alligators in the swamp, and much more. As each new scenario speeds by, Donald gets dizzier and dizzier until he passes out and the "DuckTales" logo flies onto the screen.

Announced in February 2015, the new series returns to television the beloved animated action-adventure that was an integral part of weekday afternoons between 1987 and 1990, and inspired the 1990 theatrical release “DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp.”

David Tennant stars as Scrooge McDuck, joined by Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan as Huey, Dewey and Louie, respectively, Kate Micucci as Webby Vanderquack, Beck Bennett as Launchpad McQuack and Toks Olagundoye as Mrs. Beakley. In addition to the core cast of characters, the reboot will include such familiar faces as Donald Duck, who’s been featured in promotional images, Gyro Gearloose, Duckworth, Flintheart Glomgold, Magica DeSpell & Poe, and Ma Beagle and the Beagle Boys (Burger Beagle, Bouncer Beagle).

"DuckTales" debuts sometime this summer on Disney XD.
