Legendary science fiction author Ray Bradbury passed away recently, but he will live on forever in the imaginations of his fans. To help celebrate the author's life, actor/producer Joe Mantegna and writer/director Michael O'Kelly are putting together a documentary called Live Forever, the Ray Bradbury Odyssey, Variety reports.

With O'Kelly directing and Mantegna narrating, the documentary will explore Bradbury's life, including the work he did for fellow luminaries Walt Disney and Hugh Hefner. The film actually started taking shape three years ago with Bradbury involved, but his failing health delayed completion. "This film will be the fireworks at the end of my life," Bradbury said.

Now with a 90-minute theatrical version prepped as well as a four-hour TV version, everyone involved is looking forward to showing off Bradbury's firework finale.
