"You once brought hope," Fate tells Superman in his "Injustice 2" debut trailer. When the Man of Steel replies that he's now more interested in justice, Fate responds, "Justice is blind -- not heartless." The pair then go at it, as we see a number of fight sequences with Superman, Cyborg and the Red Lantern Atrocitus. In addition to showing his fighting skills, Fate also demonstrates his rather impressive finishing move, which sees his opponent transported to the magical hero's tower, only to be pinballed between a trio of Fate avatars before being sent back to the battleground for the final blow.

In addition to the new trailer, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm have debuted a number of hi-res images of Fate battling several of Superman's allies in the game, as well as the character's official load screen render.
