By some estimates, there have been as many Elsa dresses from Disney's mega-hit "Frozen" sold as there are 4-year-old girls in America. If that's true, then the studio is hoping all of them are showing up for the live-action "Cinderella" just to see a new animated short set in the Frozen world.

To keep up the hype, "Good Morning America" unveiled the first look at "Frozen Fever." The eight-minute short is written and directed by the original film's Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, and follows Elsa as she struggles to plan a birthday bash for Anna while balancing her royal duties — just before she comes down with a cold on the big day.

“Elsa doesn’t get a cold in the usual way,” Lee said of the film earlier this month. “She’s special. Surprising things occur that wreak a little havoc.”

As an additional incentive, "Frozen Fever" will contain a new song by Academy Award-winning "Let It Go" writers Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez.
