Nineteen-year-old Joseph Zawada is such a big fan of the 2006 video game The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess that he devoted two and a half years of his life to recreating its Hyrule Castle in LEGO.

Although Zawada, who debuted the replica earlier this month at BrickFair Virginia, doesn't tell Beyond the Brick just how many LEGO were used, you can see that it was a substantial undertaking (he notes that he devoted a lot of attention to making the vegetation look “as organic as possible").

The castle breaks down into about 40 pieces that require two cars to transport.
