The original Deadpool film didn't really acknowledge the existence of many other mutants aside from our title character and his supporting X-cast. But with the upcoming sequel, it looks like that'll change; not only does the film's main cast already include Domino and Cable, but new set photos reveal the Merc with the Mouth will be dealing with what appears to be the villainous Mutant Response Division at some point in the film.

Eagle-eyed Twitter user AnimalDesatado noticed the clues to the team's possible Fox X-Universe arrival.

The MRD first appeared in the 2009 animated series Wolverine & the X-Men, before being formed by Bolivar Trask and Stephen Lang in Marvel Comics continuity after a group of mutants murdered several members of the United Nations. The MRD tried to capture or kill several mutants, but were stopped by X-Factor multiple times. What role they may play in Deadpool 2 is unclear, as is whether they're linked to Josh Brolin's time-traveling Cable.
