CBR has learned that 20th Century Fox's Deadpool 2 is currently filming scenes at Hatley Castle in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, with star Ryan Reynolds. The yellow cab (possibly the same one from the first film) was also spotted on the set. The production name for the project is reportedly "Daisy."

The castle was of course a stand-in for the X-Mansion in 2003's X2: X-Men: United, 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand and 2016's Deadpool, leading us to believe the Deadpool sequel is using the site for the same purpose. We have also learned that the interior of the castle is being used, which means fans will get a better look at the X-Mansion in Deadpool 2 than they got in the first film (which only featured the doorway).

Word has been slim on the Deadpool sequel's plot, though we know it's set to feature the debut of Zazie Beetz as Domino and Josh Brolin as Cable; both characters known in the comics as members of X-Force, a team that Deadpool has been closely associated with. While we've yet to hear much from Beetz in preparation for her Domino role, Brolin has been very active on social media teasing Cable. Brolin previously shared an image from a gym, touting his training — and insanely large guns — in preparation for his Cable role, in addition to a glimpse of the haircut he'll sport in the film.
