DC Reveals First Pages from Giffen & Mhan's "Masters of the Universe"

After announcing that they would publish a "Masters of the Universe" ongoing series by Keith Giffen and Pop Mhan, DC Comics has debuted the first interior pages from the April-debuting title.

In January, DC Comics showed their commitment to the world of Eternia, announcing a new "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe" ongoing series written by Keith Giffen and illustrated by Pop Mhan this April, with covers by Ed Benes and the team of Terry and Rachel Dodson. The series notably features the return of She-Ra in the form of Despara, the most dangerous weapon at Hordak's disposal.

Today on DC's The Source blog, they debuted the first interior pages by artist Pop Mhan. Check them out, along with Ed Benes' cover to #1, below. The first issue goes on sale April 17.
