DC Comics has released three new promos introducing the students of Gotham Academy, debuting in October from writers Becky Cloonan and Brenden Fletcher, artist Karl Kerschl and colorist Romain Gaschet.

Announced in June, the teen drama is set in the city's most prestigious school, where students attend classes (and get into mischief) in "the shadow of Batman and the craziness of Gotham."

Drawn by Cloonan, the promo images feature Olive Silverlock, whom she says is "attending Gotham Academy on a prestigious Wayne Scholarship"; Kyle Mizoguchi, "dreamy star of the Gotham Academy tennis team"; and Mia "Maps" Mizoguchi, an "aspiring cartographer" who "has trouble controlling the volume of her voice."

Arriving Oct. 1, Gotham Academy will be joined in the Batman line by fellow newcomers Arkham Manor and Gotham By Midnight.
