DC Comics has announced a new themed variant cover month via the official DC Comics blog: Batman covers in celebration of the Dark Knight's 75th anniversary this year. The publisher further revealed a variant by Jim Steranko for "Detective Comics" #33, and teased more covers by Kevin Nowlan, Klaus Janson, Walt Simonson, Graham Nolan, Cliff Chiang, Sean Murphy, Dave Johnson, Dan Jurgens, Mike Kaluta and more.
The Batman 75th Anniversary covers in June follow a series of themed variant cover months for DC Comics -- the publisher is currently amidst its "MAD Magazine" theme month, with "Batman '66" covers in May and DC Bombshells covers set for June.
