Not too long ago, actor Jon Bernthal teased the massive arsenal that will be at his character's disposal when Frank Castle arrives in Hell's Kitchen for the second season of "Daredevil." Now, the actor really gets the fan fires burning hot with a new photo featuring the Punisher's iconic skull.

In a picture posted on Twitter, Bernthal is on the set of the Marvel Television/Netflix series, with the familiar white symbol emblazoned on the back of his black jersey, the name "CASTLE" in block letters above it.

Sure, it's not the traditional Punisher outfit fans of the Marvel Comics anti-hero are clamoring for. But considering it took until the final episode of the show's first season to unveil Daredevil's classic crimson costume, it may be the best we get for quite a while.

The second season of "Daredevil" is set to debut in 2016. Charlie Cox and Rosario Dawson will both return, as the title character and Claire Temple, respectively. Doug Petrie and Marco Ramirez, who both worked on the first season, will take over as showrunners from Steven DeKnight.
