After teasing the Blu-ray and DVD in ads on the back of DC comics, Warner Archive has announced a release date and details for "Constantine: The Complete Series."

Available beginning Oct. 4, the first, and only, season of the NBC supernatural drama will include all 13 episodes, plus such extras as the trailer, an on-the-set video, a Q&A with the cast and creators from the 2014 panel at Comic-Con International in San Diego, and the DC Comics Night at Comic-Con 2014, featuring "Gotham," "The Flash," "Constantine" and "Arrow."

Premiering in October 2014, the short-lived series starred Matt Ryan as the fan-fav0rite DC/Vertigo character John Constantine, who sought redemption by fighting supernatural threats that cross over into our world."Constantine" concluded its first season in February 2015, only to be canceled by NBC some three months later.

Executive Producer David S. Goyer attributed the show's failure in part to the choice of networks, telling Variety, "I don’t think it should have been on NBC. I think it was the wrong channel and I’m sure they probably agree with that as well.”

Ryan reprised his role as Constantine on an episode of The CW's "Arrow," and will voice the character in the upcoming "Justice League Dark" animated movie.

"Constantine: The Complete Series" will be available for purchase Oct. 4 from the Warner Bros. online store and most major online retailers.
