ANT-MAN

Let Hellboy have his pancakes. "Ant-Man" and his crew are all about their waffles.

So it appears in new photos made available by Marvel Studios, which show Ant-Man star Paul Rudd sharing some syrupy breakfast with co-starring rapper T.I. aka Clifford "Tip" Harris. More new pics feature Michael Peña, Bobby Cannavale, Evangeline Lily and Michael Douglas in Marvel's smallest blockbuster yet.

DAREDEVIL

Charlie Cox's onscreen portrayal of the vision-impaired vigilante Daredevil earned a unique recognition this past week.

Cox was honored Thursday at the Helen Keller Achievement Awards, put on by the American Foundation for the Blind, according to Variety. In his acceptance speech, he cited what a rewarding experience it was to work closely with those afflicted by sight loss and to hear stories from people in the blind community. He called himself "amazed by the amount of tools and the support and education."

Netflix's "Daredevil" has been renewed for a second season, but no premiere date has been announced

CHEW

"Who"'s on deck?

"Doctor Who" star David Tennant can't get enough work adapting comic book projects lately. Already slated to play the Purple Man in Netflix's production of Marvel's "Jessica Jones" series, the actor has signed on to join the vocal cast for the animated adaptation of the hit Image Comics series "Chew," co-created by John Layman Rob Guillory.

The Hollywood Reporter says that Tennant will voice Mason Savoy, who has an appetite for the underhanded.

Jeff Krelitz is directing the "Chew" feature, with Tennant stepping into the role in the stead of deceased voice-over and comedy legend Robin Williams.

"Chew" does not yet have a release date

FEAR THE WALKING DEAD

A teaser for AMC's spinoff of the massively popular cable series based on the work of Robert Kirkman has been released.

Premiering in August

HULK

Who does the Hulk have to shake around here for another solo onscreen adventure?

New, comprehensive insights courtesy of Forbes reveal that while Marvel has the rights to create a "Hulk" movie, Universal, who made the original "Hulk" major motion picture in 2003, still retains the "right of first refusal" for the distribution of any Hulk film Marvel might make. Long story short, while there is some remaining entanglement with Universal, Forbes does not find there to be sufficient obstacles to truly impede Marvel should they decide to move forward with a Mark Ruffalo-led project.
