GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2

Director James Gunn revealed on Twitter that the "Guardians" sequel will once again utilize a special Groot script for Vin Diesel, just like the first film.

Only Vin Diesel and I have the special Groot script with translations of what he's saying. https://t.co/W9loN1IcJF- James Gunn (@JamesGunn) November 12, 2015

A set of promotional stills from Tuesday's "Many Heads, One Tale" episode have been released.

ANT-MAN & THE WASP

Director Peyton Reed talked about "Ant-Man and the Wasp" in an interview with Yahoo! Movies, clarifying why the Wasp is right there in the title.

"It just happened to be organic for the characters of Ant-Man and Wasp, [so] it worked," said Reed. "Her last line in the movie -- 'It's about damn time' -- [is] very much about her specific character and arc in that movie, but it is absolutely about a larger thing. It's about damn time: We're going to have a fully realized, very very complicated hero in the next movie who happens to be a woman."

ARROW

There's a recap of last night's episode, "Lost Souls," right here. There's also a preview for next week's installment, an episode titled "Brotherhood."

ComicBookMovie has spotted a poster for "Flash" and "Arrow's" upcoming crossover. The image hasn't been officially released by the CW yet, so -- as of now -- it could be a stylish fan edit.

DEADPOOL

While talking to Collider, "Deadpool" producer Simon Kinberg spoke about the film's relationship with the larger X-Men universe.

"It takes place within the X-Men universe and references that universe," said Kinberg. "It's not the same time period as our past tense X-Men movies, like 'First Class,' 'Days of Future Past,' and 'Apocalypse' take place in the past and 'Deadpool' takes place in the present, but it acknowledges everything that's happened in those other movies and the universe, and like you said Colossus is in it and other characters from the X-Men world."

And, like "X-Men: Apocalypse," we should expect to see new footage from the film in December.

"I've seen a version of the trailer that's pretty awesome, that's close to being ready," said Kinberg. "I think the plan is in December to put out the new trailer. In terms of new footage and material, Ryan's creating new footage and material every single day, so I'm assuming he'll do something new on the internet in the next week or so."

THE FLASH

Variety's ratings roundup reports that the CW's Tuesday night lineup of "Flash" and "iZombie" lifted the network above both ABC and Fox. "The Flash" episode "Enter Zoom" was watched by 3.63 million viewers, besting ABC and Fox's comedies and coming in 2nd in its timeslot (after "The Voice").

GOTHAM

Fox has released promotional stills for the tenth episode of its sophomore season. The episode, titled "Son of Gotham," features the debut of Tommy Flanagan's new character, the Knife.

LEGENDS OF TOMORROW

While talking with CBR, "LoT" showrunner Phil Klemmer spoke about the show's structure and format.

"It takes place on a spaceship that travels through time, and arrives in different eras and locations," said Klemmer. "It is sort of divided into chapters that are serialized. It's not episodic, bad guy of the week, it is two or three or four episodes in a time period. We want to do the greatest hits of the 20th century. Without giving away spoilers, it's like, if you had a time machine, where would you go? Where would you intervene? Trying to imagine Vandal Savage as the devil in 'Sympathy for the Devil' -- imagining that this guy's been going through history, dipping his fingers in human events, and steering the course of history for his own evil purposes.

"That's the fun of our show; trying to find him and intercept him at these points in history where the balance seemed tipped, whether that's Cold War, nuclear annihilation or World War II fascism, you name it. If bad s-h-star-star was happening, Vandal was there. The fun of our show is encountering him in these iconic, 20th century crucible moments."
