The CW has posted a Producer’s Preview of the upcoming episode of “Arrow” that features the Clock King, and promises to have some character development for Felicity Smoak.
“Just in the same week that she’s feeling at her most insecure, at her most lost in terms of her place in Team Arrow, along comes William Tockman to really force her to raise the level of her game,” said Marc Guggenheim. “So it’s a really fun, Felicity-centric episode.”
