British tabloid The Sun has reported that British soap opera star Gemma Atkinson ("Hollyoaks") is "waiting to hear whether she has been cast as the lead" in CBS upcoming DC Comics adaptation. This development comes after "Vampire Diaries" star Claire Holt was passed over for the part.
AGENT CARTER
With "Agent Carter's" premiere coming up quick, ABC has unleashed a few new promos and clips for Marvel's spy series. First up is a promo that ties Carter to some of ABC's previous powerful women.
TVLine has a clip that shows Peggy hard at work gathering intel from her own narrow-minded superiors. Another retro-style clip, posted to the show's Facebook page, shows how Peggy "hails a cab."
And a final clip, also posted to Facebook, shows how to "let the man lead."

The CW has revealed the synopsis for "Arrow's" midseason return, titled "Left Behind." Spoilers lie ahead for those of you that haven't caught up with the show.

However, after three days without hearing from Oliver, they begin to fear the worst may have happened to their friend. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) refuses to believe that Oliver could be dead until Merlyn (John Barrowman) pays the team a surprise visit. Thea (Willa Holland) suspects there is something more behind Oliver's disappearance and asks Merlyn for a favor. Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) tests a part of his new suit and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) takes up the mantle of the Black Canary. Marvel has announced that the next trailer for "Age of Ultron" will debut during ESPN's airing of the College Football Championship. Included in the informative tweet is a quick teaser for the trailer comprised of already seen footage.

The synopsis for "Flash's" midseason premiere -- "Revenge of the Rogues -- has made its way online, courtesy of the CW.

The duo planto steal a multi-million dollar painting, but Cold has another agenda while in town - to set a trap forThe Flash. Snart and Mick kidnap someone close to The Flash and threaten to kill them unless TheFlash shows up for a battle of fire and ice. Barry tells Joe (Jesse L. Original "Powers" writer Brian Michael Bendis has posted a new look at the "Powers" cast to his Tumblr. The "Powers" co-creator writes that the image, which features the six primary cast members, was previously exclusive to TV Guide.
