AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRONComic Book Movie has posted many quotes from both Kevin Feige and Joss Whedon in this month's issue of Empire Magazine that tease developments for "Avengers: Age of Ultron." In addition to confirming that a Thanos actor has been found ("There is an actor. I'm not sure we want to announce it yet," Feige said.), the Marvel Studios head discussed the recently released concept art of Iron Man Hulkbuster Armor.

"That little tease was very intentional on our part," Feige told Empire. "We found it a very compelling image to throw out there. The specifics around it we don't have to do for a while. It's a piece of armour we've wanted to see on screen for a long time, let's put it that way. What is the Hulkbuster suit built for?"

Director Joss Whedon also spoke with Empire (transcript via Comic Book Movie) about the changes in approach to "Age of Ultron" versus "The Avengers."

"Last time I had all of Earth's Mightiest Heroes versus one British character actor, and I needed more conflict," Whedon told Empire. "I'm having a blast with Ultron. He's not a creature of logic - he's a robot who's genuinely disturbed. We're finding out what makes him menacing and at the same time endearing and funny and strange and unexpected, and everything a robot never is."

ANT-MANEmpire Magazine (via Comic Book Movie) also spoke with Kevin Feige about Edgar Wright's upcoming "Ant-Man" film, and the changes to the film -- in development for longer than the length of the MCU's existence -- as a result of the evolution of the Marvel franchise.

"There's been a little bit of connective tissue that wouldn't have been there in in his draft ten years ago," Feige told Empire. "We changed, frankly some of the MCU to accommodate this version of Ant-Man. Knowing what we wanted to do with Edgar and with Ant-Man, going years and years back, helped to dictate what we did with the roster for Avengers the first time. It was a bit of both in terms of his idea for the Ant-Man story influencing the birth of the MCU in the early films leading up to Avengers."

X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PASTSimon Kinberg spoke with Collider at WonderCon 2014, discussing the film as a whole and the opening sequence in particular.

"Well, that opening scene is introducing, really, this sort of refugee group of mutants that Kitty's the leader of in the future," Kinberg told Collider. "And so, in the movie, it's before we even meet our X-Men, it's before we meet Patrick, Ian, Hugh and Halle. We sort of cold open in many ways on Kitty, Warpath, Blink, Colossus, Sunspot, Bishop, and we sort of wanted to show what a pack of these refugees living day to day knowing the Sentinels are out there, what their life would be like, and what an attack would look like, and also setting up Kitty's power, of being able to send consciousness back in time to warn people so that they can move away before the attack comes. That's the sort of critical engine of the movie, her sending a consciousness back to 1973 to warn that something bad is gonna happen that they've got to stop from happening."
