During this Christmas week, "Guardians of the Galaxy" actor Chris Pratt paid a visit to Seattle Children's Hospital with singer Ciara and Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. Pratt has long had a soft spot for charitable work, especially in the city of his favorite NFL team, Seattle.

Pratt  went to Seattle Children's Hospital to visit children who had to spend the holidays away from home. In the photo above, Pratt is seen holding a dancing baby Groot, which is clearly bringing a smile to the little one's face. Pratt, Wilson and Ciara spent time visiting children who were dealing with cancer, including this young woman named Miranda, pictured below.

Completely surprised Miranda this Christmas! @Prattprattpratt @Ciara #PureJoy

Pratt and his wife Anna Faris are regular supporters of multiple charities who aid children in the hospital, especially the March of Dimes, which the actor praised after their son received care after being born prematurely.

Had the most amazing day at @seattlechildrens hospital. Got to meet a ton of great kids and parents. Also got to spend some time with one of my personal role models @dangerusswilson and his lovely lady Ciara. I am truly living the dream. Say a prayer for all those kids who don't get to be at home for Xmas. #merryxmas #HappyHolidays Psalm 37:3–4 "Trust in the LORD, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Pratt previously visited Seattle Children's Hospital with Captain America himself, Chris Evans, after they placed charity bets about who would win the Super Bowl. All the photos from that hospital visit can be seen here.
