Chris Hemsworth has taken great care in getting his physique ready for "Thor: Ragnarok," and it seems he wants the entire internet to know. The actor posted a photo of his impressive gains to Instagram.

For those curious about the exuberant caption, The Western Bulldogs are Melbourne's resident Australian Rules Football team. Hemsworth, a Melbourne native, is clearly a fan. The Western Bulldogs recently defeated the GWS Giants in a preliminary final match, securing themselves a spot in the Grand Final. This will mark their first appearance in the Grand Final since 1961, so Hemsworth's post is clearly just as much a celebration for his favorite ball team as it is of his success in the gym.

Fans will have to wait a while to see the star on the big screen again. He was, unfortunately, absent from "Captain America: Civil War," and "Thor: Ragnarok" won't arrive in theaters until Nov. 3, 2017.

Directed by Taika Waititi, the Marvel Studio sequel teams Hemsworth with Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/the Hulk, Cate Blanchett as Hela, Tessa Thompson as the Valkyrie, Karl Urban as Skurge and Jeff Goldblum as Grandmaster. Sam Neill has also joined the film in an undisclosed role.
