Two Marvel veterans are taking on new positions at the company: C.B. Cebulski, Marvel's long-time talent scout, is now Vice President of International Business Development & Brand Management. Taking on his former role will be Marvel editor Jeanine Schaefer, who has been with the publisher since 2008, after starting her editorial career at DC Comics.

"I'm so excited to be taking the torch that C.B. so generously passed," Schaefer, now holding the title of Senior Manager of Talent Relations, said in a statement to Comic Book Resources. "I'm looking forward to continuing the Marvel tradition of finding the best and brightest talent and helping the team to create the best books in the industry. Also, the parties."

Schaefer has spent the bulk of her time at Marvel as an editor in the X-Men line. Current books under her watch include "Wolverine," "X-Men," "She-Hulk," "Cyclops" and the "Savage Wolverine" anthology series.

Cebulski, whose previous title was Senior Vice President of Creative & Creator Development, has been with Marvel for more than a decade, frequently traveling overseas to search for new talent -- with travel looking to remain a major part of his new job.

Schaefer won't have to wait long for her first public appearance in her new gig: She's scheduled to appear this weekend at ReedPOP's inaugural Special Edition: NYC, taking place June 14 and June 15 at Javits Center North in Midtown Manhattan.
