CBR’s Guide to Comic-Con 2016’s Toy Exclusives Round-Up (So Far)

With Comic-Con International: San Diego less than a month away, it can be tough keeping up with all of the exclusive collectibles available at the show. Everyone from Mattel and Kidrobot to Mezco and Jakks Pacific are getting in on the action.

If you’re feeling lost, check out our handy guide to some of the best items unveiled — so far!

MEZCO | After teasing fans a few weeks ago with a series of close-up images, Mezco finally revealed all six of their 2016 Con Exclusives

MATTEL | The SDCC exclusive hits just keep coming from Mattel. After releasing the first batch not long ago followed by the “Suicide Squad” and Katana batch, Mattel continues with even more products! You can add the HALO Spartan Helioskrill, the “Thundercats” WilyKit and WilyKat 2-pack, the Minecraft Survival Mode Player One with “Masters of the Universe” themed skins, the “Star Trek” ’64 Buick Riviera and Spock Hot Wheels and a pair of “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” Kubros 2-packs featuring Bebop and Leonardo, plus Rocksteady and Michelangelo to your watch list.

JAKKS PACIFIC | CBR covered this one earlier this week, but it’s too cool not to mention again. Batman’s getting a new, Joker-fied look with this 19-inch-tall “Batman v Superman” The Joker’s Wild Batman figure from Jakks Pacific. Part of the company’s Big Fig line, this one’s designed to look like a statue that a certain Clown Prince of Crime tagged with colorful varieties of spray paint. The figure can be purchased at booth #2343 and if any are left over, they will be sold to those who pre-order there Entertainment Earth.

BIF BANG POW | The award for most eclectic SDCC offerings has to go to Bif Bang Pow. Swing by booth #2343 to check out the Groot wooden push puppet, the “Captain America: Civil War” Ant Man and Giant Man Pin Mate 2-pack, “The Big Lebowski” Pin Mate 7-pack, a 24K gold plated Enterprise Monitor Mate and a series of color “Twilight Zone” figures including Don Carter, Jerry and Willie, Hansen, Alicia and Marsha White.

FUNKO | Once again, Funko releases a multitude of exclusives in waves. Since there’s so much to go through, we’ll follow the lead and go about it in similar fashion. The first includes a “Scott Pilgrim” Sex Bob-Omb POP! 3-pack, the first “Powerpuff Girls” POP!s, a Vanellope Dorbz Ridez from “Wreck-It Ralph,” a “Batman Returns” Dorbz 3-pack and a glittery Green Goblin Pop with glider.

The second consists of a Peter Potamis and So-So POP! 2-pack, the False God Superman statue POP!, a black-and-white Deadpool POP!, the ReAction Landstrider set from “Dark Crystal,” an “Alice Through the Looking Glass” Dorbz 4-pack and your choice of White Gamme and Blue Gamma Duck Dodgers glow-in-the-dark POP!s.

CBR already showed off the “Doctor Strange” POP! from the third set, but it also features a Violet POP! from “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory,” the New 52 version of Harley Quinn as a Rock Candy, white glow glitter versions of Phineas, Ezra and Gus and the blue glow glitter Hatbox Ghost from the Haunted Mansion ride at Disney parks.

Finally (so far), dig the fourth set’s red Ecto-1 and Slimer Pop Rides, the two different Marcus Fenix Pops from “Gears of War,” the Burning Walker Pop from “The Walking Dead,” Cursed Barbossa and monkey Pops from “Pirates of the Caribbean,” a Huckleberry Hound Dorbz, the “Wreck-It Ralph” Dorbz 3-pack, a coned Dug from “Up” and a vamped out 2-pack of Buffy and Angel!
