For Captain America, it might seem like picking a football team to support would be like choosing your favorite child: You love them all equally. However, for a proud son of Boston like Chris Evans, the decision is a no-brainer.RELATED: Captain America Co-Creator’s Daughter Okay With Hero Being PoliticizedThe actor, who literally wears team team colors on his sleeve in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, spent Sunday in Houston cheering the New England Patriots to win their fifth Super Bowl win. Enjoying the evening with friends, family and "Avengers" co-star Jeremy Renner, Evans and company went a little crazy when James White scored game-winning touchdown in overtime. No one was quite as excited, though, as Evans, who shared video of the moment online:

Evans, who's now "Avengers: Infinity War" in Georgia, jumped for joy as the confetti began to stream down. Hopefully, Falcons will be kind when he heads back to Pinewood Atlanta Studios.

If the video isn't proof enough of Evans' elation, the tweet he sent shortly after the Patriots beat the Falcons confirms which NFL team has his heart. His use of all caps (a possible pun?) and 17 exclamation points drives it home.

Directed by Joe and Anthony Russo ("Captain America: Civil War”), “Avengers: Infinity War” arrives May 4, 2018, followed by an as-yet-untitled sequel on May 3, 2019.
