The Sokovia Accords document -- which ultimately pits Steve Rogers against Tony Stark in "Captain America: Civil War" -- is nestled away in the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase 2 Box Set. Though only a page, the text of the document offers some big clues as to why the Avengers have turned on one another in the upcoming Marvel film.

In accordance with the document at hand, I hereby certify that the below mentioned participants, peoples, and individuals, shall no longer operate freely or unregulated, but instead operate under the rules, ordinances and governances of the afore mentioned United Nations panel, acting only when and if the panel deems it appropriate and/or necessary.

Underneath the agreement, there are lines for Clint Barton, Wanda Maximoff, James Rhodes, Steve Rogers, Natasha Romanoff, Anthony Stark, Vision and Sam Wilson to sign by name.
