Official Press Release

LOS ANGELES, CA ‹ The Comicbook Artists Guild (CAG) will host a fundraiser
for victims displaced by the recent Southern California wildfires. A portion
of the proceeds will go to a local charity benefiting those directly
affected.

CAG’s November 25th fundraiser is the climax of a celebratory weekend at The
Comic Bug, marking the shop’s official grand reopening after a fire
devastated its previous location during the Thanksgiving 2006 holiday.

From 12PM-4PM this Sunday, artists from the Guild will be sketching on
commission for the Comic Bug’s patrons. There will also be an auction
featuring original comic book art, including CAG¹s recently-published WEST
COAST ANTHOLOGY. Copies of the anthology will also be on sale at a discount
price.

Throughout the grand reopening from Nov 23 to Nov 25, Comic Bug owners Jun
Goeku and Mike Wellman will also be donating to the event, offering their
customers special savings, and hosting live music by several live bands.

The Comic Bug is located at 18071Ž2 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, Manhattan
Beach, CA 90266. The store is one-half block west of Aviation Boulevard,
three doors behind Trader Joe¹s and across the street from Tomboy¹s. Be
advised that parking is limited.
