With the introduction of Batman and Wonder Woman and cameos from Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" did a lot to establish the new DC extended film universe. If new comments from "BvS" producer Deborah Snyder are any indication, it looks like we'll see even more team-ups in the franchise's upcoming films. While speaking with Forbes, Snyder discussed the varied tones of the DC films and seemed to suggest that Cyborg may have a role to play in the upcoming "Flash" film.

"David Ayer's 'Suicide Squad' has such an amazing, brash tone," said Snyder. "It's fun and it's about the villains, and it's super-different than Patty Jenkins' 'Wonder Woman,' which is an origin story and tells her story. As you can imagine, when we get to the Flash movie, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher -- who plays Cyborg -- are kind of our youngest characters, and they have a really nice camaraderie with each other. Ezra is super funny, so the tone of that film will be very different than the rest of them."

Both Miller's Flash and Fisher's Cyborg are expected to appear in the first "Justice League" film, which arrives in November 2017. With its release date still two years away, not much is known about the solo "Flash" film. It will star Miller in the title role and be written and directed by Seth Grahame-Smith.

"The Flash" opens on March 23, 2018.
