Bill Nye, not the "Love, Actually" guy, the other one, has a new Netflix series out entitled "Bill Nye Saves the World." As you may have already guessed, it's about science.

To help promote the show, its star has produced a short explainer video on the science behind another hit Netflix series, "Stranger Things."

While Nye doesn't address the existence of the upside down specifically, he does give a vague overview of multiverse theory, before moving on to suggest that the laws of space and time would be insufficient to keep Eleven (Millie Bobbie Brown) away from her Eggos.

What exactly happened to Eleven after the end of the first season is just one of the many mysteries "Stranger Things" is likely to embrace in its sophomore season when the character seems set to return. Judging from a recent Entertainment Weekly cover feature, Eleven will be sporting a radically different hairstyle this time around. The same magazine also strongly hints that there will be more Eggos in her future.

“Stranger Things” Season 2 is scheduled for release on October 31 2017. The first season, which debuted in the summer of 2016, won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series and is currently available on Netflix.
