After a grassroots campaign effort formed on Facebook, Betty White finally took the stage as the host of Saturday Night Live this past weekend. The results were predictably hilarious.

Although joined by a slew of SNL veterans including Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Ana Gasteyer and Molly Shannon as special back-up hosts billed as part of a Mother's Day tribute, it was White who stole the show with shockingly vulgar performances alongside the "Delicious Dish" NPR duo and a "Scared Straight" parody with Keenan Thompson.

That's not even mentioning her modern rendition of "Thank You For Being A Friend," possibly the most terrifying few minutes on television all year.
