Benedict Cumberbatch has been the world's greatest detective, a treasure-hoarding dragon and the undisputed Master of the Mystic Arts. Clearly there's little he can't do. Heck, he can even make sitting on the toilet look cool.

As Marvel's "Doctor Strange" is poised to take the box-office crown this weekend, the film's star sat on the (ahem) throne as host of "Saturday Night Live."

In a delightful parody of Apple's icon "1984" Macintosh commercial, Cumberbatch made the pitch for the Koohl Toilet by Kohler, "a sleek, reverse-bowl toilet you sit on the cool way: backwards, with your arms casually draped over the top."

Those are the words of the narrator; Cumberbatch is required to say very little. He simply drops his pants, takes a seat, adjusts his sunglasses, and looks damned cool. This Sorcerer Supreme has seen the future of toilets, and it is the reverse bowl.

"Doctor Strange" tells the story of world-renowned neurosurgeon Stephen Strange who, after a career-ending car accident, must put ego aside and learn the secrets of a hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions. Based in New York City’s Greenwich Village, Doctor Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilizing a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel cinematic universe.

Directed by Scott Derrickson, the film also stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Benedict Wong, Michael Stuhlbarg, Benjamin Bratt, Scott Adkins, Mads Mikkelsen and Tilda Swinton.
