The Doctor is in!Earlier this year, it was reported that a stand-in would be used for Benedict Cumerbatch, who continues to add new projects to his already packed schedule, for Doctor Strange's appearance in Avengers: Infinity War. Of course, those rumors were later put to rest by the actor himself who assured fans that he would definitely be on hand to help the Avengers and the Guardians take down the Mad Titan Thanos. And judging by a tweet from his movement coach, Jay Funk, it would appear Cumberbatch has finally made his way onto the set of the highly anticipated film.

Funk's tweet teasing the Doctor's arrival comes after he revealed that he was headed back to Atlanta for the filming of Infinity War.

The movement coach also teased a Doctor Strange reunion on set. With Benedict Wong having previously confirmed his role in the film as Wong, it's entirely possible that Funk was teasing Wong's presence on set as well.

Cumberbatch is just the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe star to arrive on the Atlanta set. Earlier this week, Black Panther's Danai Gurira was confirmed to return as Okoye, leader of the elite bodyguards the Dora Milaj, joining her fellow Black Panther co-stars Chadwick Boseman, Winston Duke and Letitia Wright. With recent set photos seemingly hinting at Wakanda's large presence in Infinity War, it's more than likely the cast will play a large role in the third Avengers film.
