In a new video, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" production designer Patrick Tatopoulos, explains what went into creating the Dark Knight's signature vehicle, and shares some of his early concept art for the car.

"You wonder how people are going to receive it," Tatopoulos said of the anticipation he felt while designing a new look for the iconic vehicle. "For [director] Zack [Snyder], I'm sure it was huge. For me, it was the same. Finally seeing it, and seeing people starting to respond, it was... unbelievable moment."

Check out the video below, where Tatopoulos breaks down how long it took to design the car, the difficulty in finding tires that could work with the overall look they wanted, and beating it up in order to give it a weathered look rather than a new car appearance.
