Next to Star Wars: Episode VII, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice might be the most intriguing big-budget sequel in the works right now. Sure, we know it features DC Comics' two most iconic characters, but the details are few and far between. What's Lex Luthor's game? How does the Justice League play into the story? And what's the deal with Gal Godot's Wonder Woman?

JoBlo touches upon some of those questions in a new piece attributed, at least in part, to "a trusted and proven source." In other words, these details fall under a blinking "rumor" sign.

The site's source contends that Wonder Woman's costume will be closer to the character's classic look, with descriptions like "traditional, yet sleeker" and "battle ready." JoBlo explains: "She’ll have a blue leather skirt, silver-armored cuffs that reach to her elbows, golden tiara (with a design of some sort in the center, possibly the red star) and a variation of the traditional-looking red top (no word on additional armor on it)." Princess Diana will also sport her Lasso of Truth, as well as a spear, sword and shield. More importantly, Diana reportedly will be introduced early in the film as a normal person before showing up as Wonder Woman for the final battle.

The animosity between Superman and the film's primary villain is said to reflect the duo's longtime feud, with Lex Luthor considering himself the best humanity has to offer and unable to stand the idea that this alien is better than him.

JoBlo also notes that Bruce Wayne will be hanging out on the idyllic Wayne property, though not in the mansion. Instead, the veteran vigilante lives in a cabin by a lake that sits atop an update version of the Batcave housing the Batwing, Batmobile and much more.

Meanwhile, Latino Review's Umberto "El Mayimbe" Gonzalez tweeted a rumor that Warner Bros. will reveal footage footage from Batman v Superman next month at Comic-Con International. Not much of a surprise there, considering it's the studio's biggest project for the comics-loving audience.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane. It opens May 6, 2016.
