When he isn't working in real estate or weed trimming, Chris Banner becomes San Diego's own Caped Crusader, complete with his own custom Batmobile.

According to NBC 7 News, Banner sees being a real-life Batman as his third job, where he produces live Batman shows, sometimes with the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

"You know some of these kids only have so much time left, and to put a smile on their face, it makes them happy. It's worth it to me," he said.

Banner built his ride from scratch, using a 1947 Ford Galaxy as a template. The work he put into the vehicle took about a year to complete and includes a custom dashboard, lights, smoke machine and a camera to help him back up, among other things.

"It's 22-feet long, and it's one heck of a machine to drive, especially when you're Batman," Banner shared.
