Oscar-winning actor Michael Fassbender spoke with EW regarding his part in the upcoming "Assassin's Creed" film, adapted from the Ubisoft video game series of the same name, telling the magazine that while he did not have experience with the game prior to being approached for the role, he has played it since being cast, "to get an idea of the physicality of the character."

"A lot of the stuff in the game is Parkour," he told the magazine, explaining his observations and goals for the part. "It’s about getting in close to the target--close quarters fighting.”
