"The Flash's" Grant Gustin and "Supergirl's" Melissa Benoist were on "Glee"; "Arrow's" John Barrowman has released several musical albums; Jesse L. Martin, who plays Joe West, was an original cast member from "RENT" -- but don't expect "Arrow" star Stephen Amell to add his name to this impressive list of DCTV singers any time soon.

When MTV News asked if there was any chance of a musical crossover in DCTV's future, Amell had a quick response: "No. I'm out! I'm the first one. I get to draw the line, and I draw the line at musical."

"They have to show me how they're going to do this magical four-show crossover," he added. "It was hard enough when it was two shows and mixing in 'Legends' a little bit. To make it four shows? I'm dumbfounded."

"I've been thinking a lot about this, and I think the writers have as well," he continued. "We had a discussion, and I said, 'Look man. "Arrow" was set up as a very specific thing, and it's up to us to do what we do. And what we do, we do better than anyone else on TV.' Part of the price of success is that we've had to introduce other shows. We can always get around new powers and people from other planets, but it is important that when all that dust settles that we are focusing on what we do well."

Starring Stephen Amell, Emily Bett Rickards and David Ramsey, "Arrow" will return to The CW this fall on Wednesdays at 8 pm EST.
