After the events of last night's "Arrow" season premiere, and particularly the revelation of Laurel Lance's last words to Oliver, it's clear that the Emerald Archer's got to get a new team in shape -- and fast. That's exactly what's promised in the latest trailer for The CW mainstay's fifth season.

The trailer for premiere follow-up "The Recruits" sees Queen challenging would-be Team Arrow members Evelyn Sharp, Wild Dog, and Curtis to become the crimefighters they want to be. His ideas about training, however, prove less than appealing to some. "The Recruits" airs October 12.

SUIT UP — Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) new recruits for Team Arrow are Curtis (Echo Kellum), Wild Dog (guest star Rick Gonzalez) and Evelyn Sharp (guest star Madison McLaughlin). Unfortunately, the Green Arrow’s training methods prove to be too much for some of them to handle. Meanwhile, in the flashbacks, Oliver’s initiation into the Bratva continues.

Starring Stephen Amell as the Emerald Archer, "Arrow" airs Wednesdays at 8 pm ET/PT on The CW. The series also stars Emily Bett Rickards, David Ramsey, John Barrowman, Willa Holland and more.
